Melé Vanelé Volume 1

By all accounts, Melé wasn’t even alive when Milli Vanilli were dropping the pop-dance anthems, and was probably still at elementary school when Big Tymers released their ‘How You Luv That’ tape, from which the artwork to his free EP draws its influence. But the producer’s influences certainly run deep, wide and wiser than his years; the 9-track release rolls through tracks inspired by grime, southern rap, jackin’ house, and comes complete with a ‘Look At Me Now’ remix delivered by Branko and a vocal feature from Birmingham’s Slick Don.

Download it here, buy ‘Beamer’ here, and watch out for Melé’s next Mixpak release coming at the end of September as part of Mixpak Pressure Volume 1.
