Michael Williams For Mixpak T-Shirt

Whats the rush? Take your time…enjoy yourself. There are good things to come. Bad things too. In this life there’s no telling what will happen, what won’t happen, who we’ll meet, or who we’ll be in 20 years. Sometimes the more you want something the less likely you are to get it. It’s quite odd how good things come when we aren’t desperate for them to. And then again, sometimes things happen exactly as we expect they will. There’s just no telling. So take it easy, be kind to your friends and stop trying to get ahead.

Michael Williams is a New York City based artist. His recent show “Uncle Big” at CANADA was reviewed by the New York Times, check out the paintings from the show.

For his Mixpak Artist Series shirt, Mr. Williams weighs in on the need for speed and offers a slower alternative. Take your time…enjoy yourself.

The Michael Williams For Mixpak T-Shirt is available for purchase now.

New Mixpak Artist Series T-Shirts

November 25th, 2009

The Mixpak Store has been doing well selling our Vybz Kartel and Sizzla t-shirts (only a single Sizzla shirt left!), but we’ve been looking to do something grander and so we are proud to announce the Mixpak Artist Series. For round one, we’ve invited three artists, Devin Flynn, Hana Shimada and Michael Williams, to each design a shirt.

Over the coming days we will do posts on each artist and the shirt they designed, but for now, check out the shirts and pre-order your own.
